In our Fundraising Options section of our website our NO RISK – ON SITE option includes an on-line store for up to six months. Exact details can be discussed with your account representative as some restrictions may apply.
We have spent years perfecting our decorating methods and are proud to keep how we do it a secret. What we will tell you is we provide conventional screen printing techniques including plastisol, waterbase and discharge printing methods. In addition we use an advanced screen printing technique called fusion printing and a digital printing technique called digital fusion printing.
We reserve the right to use which technique we think is best suited for your order.
60 washings is considered a normal lifetime of a garment. Our decorating methods will outlive the garment.
If you choose “BULK ORDERS” under our Fundraising Options section you are free to choose the garment otherwise we reserve the right to choose the brand of garment. However, we always use name brands such as Hanes, Fruit of the Loom, Gildan, Jerzee, etc.
If we gave you a discount then our statement offering FREE design would not actually be FREE!!! In most cases customer supplied artwork is not formatted properly for our production process. Preparing customer provided artwork can actually consume more time than creating a new design. However, we are always happy to accept your files.
We accept artwork created in most professional graphic applications on either PC or Macintosh platforms. For multicolor line art, text or logos, vector art created in Illustrator or CorelDRAW is preferred.
Yes, the following may be great for other applications but definitely not for screen
printing.
- Quark Express (.qxd) – Perfect for laying out a magazine
- Microsoft Word (.doc) – Great for typing a paper
- JPEG’s (.jpg) – Excellent for websites
- Picture Files (.pcx) – poor resolution
- Windows Bitmap (.bmp) – poor resolution
- GIF’s (.gif) – Excellent for websites
- PowerPoint (.ppt) – A great presentation program
- Publisher (.pub) Sorry, we don’t have it.
These are just to name a few.
We assume most organizations will be able to provide us a state tax exempt form or a state resale certificate. The state of Illinois requires us to have a copy of this information in order to waive tax. In the event that you cannot provide us with this paper work, tax would be applicable and additional to our charges.
